THE ENTIRE ABOVE SERVICE ARE ONLY COVERED FOR TROUBLESHOOTING AND NOT INCLUDES WITH HARDWARE CHARGES, HARDWARE CHARGE WILL BE DIFFERENT. AND ONLY COVERED FOR SOFTWARE ISSUE AND HARDWARE TROUBLESHOOT (APPLIED TO SERVICE THAT ARE COVERED).
ALL HARDWARE IS COVERED WITH 1 YEAR WARRANTY (FOR CUSTOMER PURCHASE DISKLESS SERVER + HARDWARE). INITIALY ALL HARDWARE IS COVERED DEPENDS ON THE MANUFACTURE WARRANTY.
THERE WILL NO SUCH AS LENDING HARDWARE WILL BE PROVIDED.
WE ONLY COVERED THE PRODUCT THAT BEING PURCHASE WITH US INCLUDES SERVER, SWITCHES, HARDDISK, AND SOFTWARE.

SERVICE MAINTENANCE FOR SERVER ARE ONLY COVERED ON BELOW DETAIL:
-          GAME UPDATE (ONLINE)
-          NEW GAME UPDATE (LAN OR ONLINE)
-          SERVER AND CLIENT APPLICATION OR SOFTWARE UPDATE.
-          SERVER TROUBLESHOOTS. (NOT COVERED ON HARDWARE)*
-          SERVER SOFTWARE CORRUPTION AND NOT RESPONSIVE.

#Adakah Server ini Berlesen.
*Tidak perlu, sebab ia adalah FreeBSD Server (LINUX), Server yang tidak memerlukan lesen (licensing)

#Bagaimana dengan Lesen Windows (Client) adakah ia berlesen
*Ya, Berlesen, Dan didalam keadaan diskless, lesen Windows hanya memerlukan 1 sahaja.

#Adakah Applikasi Semuanya berlesen?
*Ya, Kebanyakan Games yg diberi adalah Portable, dan juga Berlesen.

#Berapa lama kah Team Support akan Bertindak selepas diberi maklum tentang masalah dihadapi.
*Kebiasaannya bergantung pada Masalah yang di maklum, Jika Urgent (seperti, Client tidak boleh boot, Server tidak boleh ON, Server tidak dapat detect) Team support akan bertindak serta-merta dengan bermula dari 1st Level Support, Selepas itu Onsite Jika masalah tidak dapat diselesaikan. Downtime dijangka dalam 2-3 Jam.
